1. The Essential Cleaning Process

  • Preparation: Use lukewarm water mixed with a few drops of mild, pH-neutral detergent. Strictly avoid bleach or aggressive chemical cleaners to protect the Aero-Silicone™ micro-cell structure.
  • Gentle Application: Use a soft microfiber cloth or a non-abrasive sponge. Clean the surface using light, circular motions to lift debris without compromising the fabric texture or the sunken edge stitching.
  • Rinsing: Thoroughly rinse with cold, clean water until all soap residue is eliminated. This prevents "slow spots" and ensures consistent X/Y axis resistance.
  • Drying: Lay the pad completely flat on a dry towel in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

2. Critical Care & Safety Rules

  • Zero Heat Exposure: Never use a tumble dryer, hairdryer, or place the pad in direct sunlight. High temperatures can lead to material deformation or density loss in the silicone core.
  • No Machine Washing: Mechanical agitation will degrade the precision sunken edges and the specialized bond between the tracking surface and the base.
  • Storage & Transport: Always store your Aero-S flat. If transport is necessary, roll the pad loosely with the tracking surface facing outward to prevent creasing.
