SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND HARDWARE SPECIFICATIONS

  • Accuracy of Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products (such as the AEGIS-X magnesium alloy shell) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Technical Variations: As our products often involve specialized materials (e.g., magnesium alloy, Aero-Silicone™), minor surface texture variations may occur and are not considered defects.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to change product descriptions or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Offer and Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
  • Anti-Resale Clause: You warrant that purchases are for personal use only. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS

  • Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated as "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) during checkout, posted prices do not include import duties, VAT, or local customs clearance fees.
  • Customer Responsibility: For international shipments (e.g., China to EU/US), the customer is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all applicable import charges. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a return-to-sender will incur a restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs from the refund.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
We aim for timely delivery, but all delivery windows are estimates.

  • Title Transfer: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.
  • Logistics Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or regional logistics disruptions.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including but not limited to the "Cero Gaming Studio" brand, AEGIS-X design, Aero-S series branding, and website graphics, are the exclusive property of Cero Gaming Studio. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 7 - USER FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or reviews (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and publish that content for any purpose, including marketing.
SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property; (d) to upload viruses or malicious code; (e) to scrape data using automated tools (including AI agents) without our express consent.

In no case shall Cero Gaming Studio, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of any of the services or products procured, including but not limited to performance issues resulting from third-party software or firmware modifications.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cero Gaming Studio is officially registered.
