Cero Gaming Studio - Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn or unused, with all original tags and protective films intact.
- In its original packaging (including the outer box, internal padding, and accessories).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Special Note for Hardware & Surfaces: For technical products (e.g., mice) and specialized surfaces (e.g., Aero-Silicone™ mousepads), returns will not be accepted if the factory seal is broken or the product shows signs of use (e.g., oil marks, dust, or worn skates).
2. Return Process

- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Address: Returns must be sent to the address provided in our confirmation email.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at jasonsun@cerogamingstudio.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged during transit.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue immediately to make it right via replacement or repair.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or via gift cards.

Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or battery-related goods with damaged cells.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Specific to Customers in the European Union:
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Condition Requirement: To exercise this right, the product must remain unused and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- This is a legal requirement for EU consumers, and the same proof of purchase is required.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at jasonsun@cerogamingstudio.com.
